If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item.  

Because some products are made or supplied specifically for each order, return eligibility may vary by product. Please get in touch with us before sending any item back.  

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
